Re: myself v MBNA advice please

Niddy will be able to see the docs better than I can the links above.

But looks very similar to many - priority app - with incomplete T&Cs. Not clear - but interest rates dont look "proper"

Also, did you take the agreement out before or after November 2002??

Thats the date of the application forms - printing date/series date - however you want to fram it. If applied before, then they obviously dont correspond. Same applies if the account was applied for a good deal of time afterwards.

This MBNA card (£2k limit one) - it's enforceable you know....

They've sent the original agreement from 2002 and the PT's are on the back and they are all there - what a bummer

            Sorry but this is

            However don't stress, it's MBNA

Treat it as UE for the time being and send this back ---> Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms

this one does mate, the terms were on the back...... they are also compliant IMO (unless I missed something)....

Why, what makes you say otherwise?

I refer specifically to this - the originals (forget the additions, concentrate on the originals as both elements are provided)...

                Niddy

Is it the way it is copied, or does the back - page 2 of 2 - start off in the middle of a sentence?

Its been badly microfiched, but it is the beginning of the sentence / paragrah an says "These are paragraphs 1....."

No thats only the copy, it starts correctly..... however we're still gonna blag it, we don't bend over that easily for nobosy

He'll be fine, it's a risky move for MBNA to attempt to enforce these agreements so we always blag it first and foremost and see how heavy they want to get then we reassess things......

Hi niddy, this looks a lot like my cca ( mbna) does this not apply to his account " This is relative to one of the two minute flyers that was highlighted in CABOT UK LTD v BACHELLIER [2010]
