    just got what looks like a reply to my cca request [post 87] have sent it to niddy for him to see will post it when i get a result ,they have taken there time i sent the cca on october 2012.

                got this from the dca after nearly 4 years of nothing ,im sure niddy said this was UE ,how can i reply to this ,sold in dispute as its another dca .or something else.??

                just checked what niddy said, UE until i get terms which never arrived
                i already ignored one letter they sent two weeks ago

                    bit of action on the mbna front got the dlc letter in the week and today got this RESTONS letter ,i have a sold in dispute letter ready to post and a phone harrasement one ,whats the next move on the restons letter the have given me a date to pay or else ?

                        Not necessarily because there's more than one way for a claim (which you've not yet got) to fail apart from s.78/s.61.

                        The default notice and other statutory notices can be flawed or absent altogether. The deed of assignment is also terribly important not just the NOA.

                        Can you copy/repost the whole history of this debt in a separate up-to-date post so we can look at the story so far. It makes life easier for us.

                              ,this thread is all about the mbna debt ,the £598 one ,havent heard anything regarding the other one.everything i recieved is posted on this thread .

                                I was confused because your thread starts off discussing three different MBNA credit cards when I went back to look for the history of this particular debt being chased by Restons solicitors. At that time (your first post) at least two of them were sold to Hillesden (dlc).

                                I wanted to be sure I'm looking at the correct information without the need to scroll through the whole thread to sift out some posts and ignore others.

                                It's not important. If you do get a claim then we'll leap to the rescue.
