Best of luck T999. If you think we can be of any more help please shout up. Its a real B****R when things turn out like this. The only extra thing I can think of maybe is the Enterprise Act. The real problem with Contract Law is that many consider that it is probably the most complex area of law to be dealing with as every case theroetically stands or falls on its own merits on what is judge made law anyway.
