Sorry for the delay in updating my thread but have been unwell for several weeks and have had other priorities.
Have had one reply to my two CCA requests and am ready to send it for checking.
Do I need to start a diary before I send it and how do I attach the scan to the portal?

Yes it would be a good idea to start the diary first, as you'll need to give the link with your upload.

It's really helpful if you scan them in order in one multi page pdf file (2 files if they send both original and varied T&C's). Include your user name in the file name and state if inception or varied T&C's.
