It HAS gone to court and he HAS been ordered to pay her but is just ignoring the bailiffs and they are just giving in and leaving.
If only it was that easy to hide from bigger debts like we have on here with House repo's and others such as loans and credit card debt, can you imagine a bank just rolling over after they send in the bailiffs and they [bailiffs] return empty handed and tell the bank 'They were in but ignored us and wouldn't answer the door, so we just gave up!'
Somehow, I don't think so.
