    What intend to do is send a CCA letter with postal order £1 ....also i intend to send a telephone harrasment letter.

      Remember to sign the cca request digitally... use a handwriting font. I would wait s few days before sending the telephone harassment letter but don't talk to them on the phone... everything in writing.

        I agree with Mrs D.
        Pay nothing, wait for reply to CCA. If you offer to pay you could be seen as acknowledging the debt. They will then try to get the lot if you are not careful.
