Now I know the actual sequence of events I would agree that you have not breached the original CCJ as it was superceded.
Am I right in thinking that it was the creditor who asked for the redetermination?
I note that they are offering a reduced settlement. My feeling is that the threat is to try to scare you into the settlement. Why not write back saying you don't have the money, and see what they come up with next? I'm not sure what else is open to them at this time regarding legal action.
