    (or was that the bloke following me)

    The OH says pepes have used Carters given address and they claim not to have received the letters.

    But thinking about it; Barclays and DVLA seem to do the same so thanks for clearing my clouded thinking.

    And thanks Pix (I'm re-assured)

    i'll use registered mail, I really want to get this message across threefold.

      Send it normal post with proof of postage - problem solved and you have proof....
      I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.
