I completely agree with MrsD but if your next letter is from Keynes Collections (all part of the same Compello Group) then post up instantly. They can be tricky.

I think you've argued to a standstill, they never bloody listen to anything you say. They just keep repeating their rubbish. So I think you need to wait and see here what happens next. They know they have no where to go with the bulk of these barclaycard accounts they were lemons. Let's see what happens next. and let's hope they've dumped you in the "awkward" pile

They seem to think that I owe them nearly £7000.00 No, I owe them nothing, they do not have an enforceable CCA and they know it. They continue to try it on!

    Dear eejits

    Your ref

Please find a copy of the letter of blah blah received at your office and signed for on blah blah, but obviously mislaid and unread.

    yours faithfully

Now you can either do that or just ignore this and see what comes next because I think they may just punt it to another unsuspecting DCA, I think I've done both and both times it's gone to another DCA
thanks MRS D it seems we are on the merry go round as enforcer has said .i presume i send the original missing pt letter with a covering note.

don't worry about the DN at the moment it only will come into play if the worst happens so it's something to keep hold of, no point at all in trying to second guess these guys, as Niddy has always said, they are all different. Mr D and I have identical accounts with the same provider taken out at the same time at the same address and they have been treated differently.
    Great thanks again MRS D
