    can i be thick again (just for a second) having read the above template it reads as though a dca is chasing but the letter is from LPF so do just alter where it says "enter original creditor" together with the rest of the letter accordingly , just one letter from mercer in april and nowt since , i just want to get it right.
    if you do it today and you like it you can always do it again tomorrow

      Oh ..and also they never sent any docs only the "no cca" letter
      if you do it today and you like it you can always do it again tomorrow

        don't forget to polish the step ready for any visitors that MAY be calling, none of mine have turned up yet. The double glazing rep in breaking his heart crying as he was hoping to get out if they turned up

            Send the "no cca" letter but where it says "original creditor" and "they" just alter it to you.

            Where it says document in the "no cca" letter it means the letter they sent you saying there was no cca.

              Posted "no cca" with copy of the letter to OH stating they had no cca also a" do not collect our step" xxx
