There's certainly a lot of competition out there but I have some fairly good (I think) ideas and I hope I can find enough customers. I've got a lot of work to do before I can start though, it will take me a few weeks.

Best of luck with this. Its a very cut-throat environment however we're going to kill the market and bring out the cheapest web hosting in the world at less than £1 per month so before you go in for this bear in mind there is a lot of competition and what with the likes of Joomla and WP; it's easier than ever for novices to build sites.

I can't, obviously, give our business plan but suffice to say we're avoiding what all other companies offer - we're sticking purely to businesses that already have an IT recourse that want cheap hosting and basic support.

We create and build everything using the latest standards as well, ie all our sites are HTML5/CSS3 so coding is far more complex than normal html/css sites.

That said, go for it if you think it'll pay off - however it's taken us 6 months just to tie up a few server deals - it's a slow process to get up and running and costs thousands if you're aiming for the top end.....

I'm starting out aiming at the lower end and will then raise my prices depending on demand. I've got some experience of HTML5/CSS3 and have coded PHP websites so I can offer a bit more than just a basic site for those willing to pay.

I've also got SEO experience and can offer that, the last company I worked for saw a 300% increase in traffic after I optimised their sites.

That was using Joomla 1.7, what a dogs breakfast lol

If you can leave about 4 customers a week for me I'll be fine, thanks!
