    I don't know why they won't accept your Visa card.

    I've obtained statutory reports using my debit card for my basic Co-op account.

    Perhaps you could get in touch with the CRAs? They will have a helpline but when I've called before (can't remember which one, think it was Equifax) the call centre operative was very hard to understand (obviously not based in this country.)

      Hmmm That makes me even more nervous! eeek... I might just send in a letter, I know they aren't a collections agency, but I always try to avoid telphone conversations with anyone when it regards money matters....

        Just send £2 postal order and do the statutory postal one -
