Just an update Nid. One of the Defaults has now been removed. Littlewoods wrote to me stating that they did not file for a default notice in Oct 2007 and therefore cannot supply me with a copy of said Default notice. Has been removed from my credit file within 48 hrs of that letter......RESULT.
