Ah, they do read, but its Lowell's Letter Land phonetic alphabet!

L is Lowlifes. What is O for?

Casp, you were only asked to provide the "O" in Lowell's Letter Land! Not the whole word. How can Lowell's staff possibly learn if you give them all the answers and make them lazy students? Did they teach you nuffink in that B.Ed. degree?

Re: Good old Lowells and Barclaycard

Thought you might be interested , I had a letter from Lowells say they had recived my letter and they will refer back to Bcard and also they confirmed they would only contact me by post and that they would only send someone to my house if I agreed to it.

So they can read , but one point I did find interesting was the letter was dated the 4th but I also had another chase letter from them dated the 1st. So I think it confirms that they dont send time critical letters out on the day they produce them!!!!

                            its definitely stupidity!

just file the lot and ignore them until they come up with something sensible, it could be a long wait!

Perhaps I should send them a letter , like Niddy and put a scale of charges in for every letter they send that I have to read!!

Could work, but make sure you have ample proof to combat any counterclaim....

In my case the debt in question is not my own so I am quite deliberately taking the piss, so to speak. If it was my own debt then my letters are not the suggested way to go, instead use the normal templates
