Im afraid it seems from the fact they have been taken over, that they are more likely to litigate than ever, however they do collapse pretty quick it seems
I think the only way you will stop them from issuing is to pay them, thats from my experience, otherwise it will be a court matterComment

Then why not use a tried template as previously quoted!

If, they try to palm you off with the wrong issue, they may well be of benefit to you.
Of course, I should not assume that you have not retained all the documents that relate to the card at inception.
