Im afraid it seems from the fact they have been taken over, that they are more likely to litigate than ever, however they do collapse pretty quick it seems

I think the only way you will stop them from issuing is to pay them, thats from my experience, otherwise it will be a court matter

Then why not use a tried template as previously quoted!

Don't allow them the luxury of dealing your ace card at this stage!

Cymru, you'll sink their boat if you employ stealth.

Would I be right in assuming that if I ever require sight of those documents that legibility aside they would be of benefit to my case?

Well, that is why these DCA's harass consumers: to set up a payment arrangement.

A payment arrangement on an illegible credit agreement that did not include the prescribed terms in the first place, and the inception terms have not been provided?

At the end of the day though, it is up Cymru to decide between payment or court.

If, they try to palm you off with the wrong issue, they may well be of benefit to you.

Of course, I should not assume that you have not retained all the documents that relate to the card at inception.

                Only attempting to assist.

Yes of course but you'd be reliant on them
                  Not finding them of course....

Just a brief update. Paperwork still not forthcoming, however I have returned home to discover daily phone and text messages to urgently contact FIRE. If it is that urgent they can write!

Oh dear, it's gone back to Cabot ....... who have supplied all that is required; I have a feeling that there may be more paperwork coming from Northampton!

Has there been much success against illegible MSDW application forms?
