Apparently the ICO consider these "minor breaches" and wouldn't take action against a creditor / DCA.
Hence arguing over the other info received may not work.
I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

Thanks NID. Incredible that I can receive this info. I asked them for an assurance that my info wasn't being passed around the country and they never replied. The way I feel about it I think I might let it go to court and show the courts the paperwork that they sent.
