Thanks Sunnylooloo, something has come up again so it might be tomorrow I get all that stuff up for Niddy. Will be good to get advice though. It's the where to start and whats for the best bit that gets you when your trying to deal with this on your own!

            Credit Card (Tesco/RBS)
            £249.96
            Can’t remember – will update. Pre-07 is a possibility
            March 10
            Not paying
            Default
Regal Credit Consultants Ltd - just had a letter from another agency saying they are coming out, think that was a week ago maybe. This has been with a few agencies and now passed on again.. I found a letter about this from Triton (dated ages ago) and it is about £100. less, whats that all about? I didnt think once in recoveries they could add...? but its more now...

            Loan Account RBS
            Balance £1432.23
            Commenced 06
            Last payment March 10
            Not paying
            Default
            Allied International Credit

            Current Account Overdraught RBS
            £6569.93 OD
Nov 03 current account opened. Not sure when OD originally authorised but have been charing for the facility dearly on a regular basis.
Oct 08 (will update when copies of agreement come from SAR?)
            Not Paying
            Default
            Allied International Credit

The loan and current account is the debt that AIC are dealing with now as a lumped sum (still two seperate accounts) that I'm hoping to settle for less....

I still do not have all the info from the SAR but got some - some amount of interest and charges but I think legit - how do I know if they are otherwise? Only got info from one dept so far, no itemisation of what I will recieve just that it will come seperatley from seperate depts and that there is more to come. Not too happy with the notes on me either - read slightly different to how it was.... still no tax statements either, which I need...

btw I didnt think lenders could ask you for money if they knew you didnt have it - in sar notes they have recieved budget sheet and aware that I'm in deficit (sp?) but still asking for amount to be settled...

Im also due to pay utilities so they come first.

Hiya, you need to really consider Financial Hardship me thinks...... i'll ask Gerry to come and take a look here see if she can offer her words of wisdom....

Yeah your right they cant demand payment, your utilities fall under priority debt.

Was it a Common Financial Statement that you completed?

                  http://www.cfs.moneyadvicetrust.org/

The trigger figures on the CFS have recently been changed and we now need a licence to access them, I’ll speak to a friend at the money advice centre and get the updated figures.

Re: Am I going about this in the right way? Should I send this?

The bank/employees have missed out some important info on the notes (SAR) and added in a couple of bits too!! Horrible people. Sorry but to do that as an employee you would need to be one pretty nasty piece of work in yourself......(to explain whole situation would be a bit much) Well Ive learned my lesson about phonecalls between them and DCA's.

Anyway, it was a budget sheet from national debtline that they got - they were given other details to confirm situation etc but have decided not to and so on (or even include that in notes aargh)...anyway they knew full well I was in financial hardship (still am)

Gerry thanks for the link but I'm finding it all strange to take in, I'm not sure what to do?

I think it's just that this stuff stresses me out so much. Iv gone from never even having been on benefits to living (if you can call it that) off them and not even being able to buy my own food, constant worry and getting letters from DCA's etc The whole thing is a sorry mess tbh, sometimes I feel like things just will never get any better :-( (though I am trying) Even just reading/thinking about finances sends my head into a spin!

I’m glad to hear that you’ve learned your lesson regarding phone calls with DCA, “a definite NO NO!!!”

Its ok. please don’t stress yourself out about it. I totally understand how you feel, I didn’t even know where the benefits office was when I was made redundant due to my illness a few years ago. It was a nightmare dealing with disability benefits and an employment tribunal. I promise you there is a light at the end of the tunnel and you will get there with the help from your friends on here.

Whenever you feel up to it send me the info they’ve missed and what they added in themselves. I’ll do a step by step guide on Financial Hardship and a letter for creditor..

It might be best to delete this comment, you dont want DCA to know about that and your thread isn't in protected content.
