hmm, but is it cos that was over the phone? (shall be hitting oneself over head soon) It was actually the very first phonecall with them, still with RBS not triton. Yep, that made for a pretty terrible christmas....(one before last is after it all 'kicked off' if my shady memory serves....well I did say it stresses me out! maybe not just my financial worries to get stressed over eh ;-) )

oh yeh Pixiechick, and I found out that the loan was taken out 06 (dont think I had that on the 'my debt' posts here)

Still not done the cra checks yet as I was going to do the free ones but not sure I trust myself to cancel on time, or trust them to cancel properly so I will wait till I have money and I will do the statutory ones for £2. each. The whole nothing in life is free thing I suppose..

Got another letter about the cc debt. Basically, Regal telling me that they recently wrote to say the account is being passed to someone else, they recently wrote from (apparently) another company that is going to send someone round to get money, that has a different name but exactly the same paper and font colours etc, they never showed up and now this letter. It says that and the fact that they can now offer a 'VERY ATTRACTIVE' price....but I should get in touch. Should I ignore (or tell them 25p is infact a very good price and may be able to afford that lol) ?

That or should I send a request for all statements on the account and the CCA?
Since the debt seems to have doubled or more in about a year somehow.

Don't worry I'm not being lured into phoning again! Just wondering about reclaiming...then take it from there..? (stupidly forgot to put the CC acc number on the RBS SAR)
