Re: Past Poo (Due) Credit Solutions

    I haven't been disappointed...

They've written, thanking me for my recent letter stating that I won't be confirming any previous address, and that their company are to prove liability...

But before they can discuss this matter they need me to confirm my previous addresses. That I have already told them I won't be confirming...

You couldn't make this stuff up! Brilliant

I reckon either a one liner with LOL on it would suffice, or pure ignorance at this ridiculous response

Funny thing is they've already written to me outlining who the client is, the amount of debt, references etc...

Now all of a sudden they want all this proof that I am who I say I am lol

If they write again threatening me, I'll send another prove it letter. And I'll keep doing that until they get the message.

Quality reply in the post from them this morning...

They've written to confirm that they have decided to return my account of the OC as THEY haven't received the documentation they requested from ME.

They go on to say if I did send it to contact them as without it the account cannot be resolved and their client may continue to contact me or pass the account to another DCA.

They kindly confirm that my credit rating has not been adversely affected by PDCS actions.

So all I sent them was a prove it letter, if it gets sold on would it be another prove it letter or an account sold in dispute letter?

This is my last default to drop off which will be in March. So not hearing from them for "months" would be awesome

When Gold isn't enough, there is SA Gold! New to the forum and find the UE route a bit scary? Take a look at my diary here and judge for yourself. I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.

This is the only account I don't know when the last payment was. There is no way of me finding out either.

Oh I intend to keep quiet. I'll respond to whatever comes next. I suspect the last payment to them was around this time in 2006.

                        Hope so. I can't be 100% sure!

Anyway, I'll see what drops through the letterbox next. The more letters they send me the more time gets knocked off the clock.
