As the others have said, you have no need to worry about this. Just ignore the letter and get on with your life. You're not financially linked to your parents so they won't lose their home.
If (and I very much doubt it) Link get in touch with you again, just post on here and we'll help you with what to do next.
Why not have a look at the parts of the site which aren't debt-related?

) in January 2006, any alleged debt WILL be statute barred. No may about it. It WILL be. The only exceptions are, if it was a mortgage (which have a much longer period before limitation), or if there is a County Court Judgment obtained on the debt. If there was a judgment, anyone trying to collect on it now would have to go back to the court and explain why they have done nothing for the past six years.
