Don't believe everything you read on other forums

What does it say in the contract (credit agreement Ts & Cs)?

Does it say that the agreement is governed by English law?

That’s a good point. I don’t have a copy of that. But if t seems that a UK based credit card agreement would be?

What is the claim Issue Date (top right on the first page)?

You have 19 days from that date to file your Acknowledgement of Service. If you fail to meet that deadline the Claimant can ask the court for a Default Judgment (CCJ).

Once they have a CCJ they can get an Interim Charging Order on your UK property followed by an Application for a Final Charging Order followed by an Order for Sale (albeit they are rare).

Is the property in your sole name or joint names?

Or have you already got a Default Judgment and what's been sent to you by the court is the Order (CCJ)?

Or is Allied International Credit writing to you to threaten any or all of the above?

Do you still require assistance with the Claim Form you received? Was it a claim form?
