FFS I've been Googling CFS and STB, CFS trigger figures and STB - anything I could think of as I thought I ought to know without asking.

I am seriously close to wetting myself laughing!

      BBoo you made I laugh

          Re: Allowances

Still waiting for response from Capital one....
One other was the debt sold by MBNA to Arrow Global, and now being handled by Fairfax.
They have also accepted my offer, but reviewed in 3 months, when they say they will then expect the whole balance to be paid off £2500, or increase in my offer....yeah right.....
Will update as it changes, but so far 100% success..

Maybe they'd accept a kidney in lieu?

any reason you're doing this (dmp) and not going for UE?

Just wondering - I know the reason I'm sure but it escapes me right now....

                    Good question Nidd's..
MBNA was enforceable...they produced a good cca.
The Halifax account was started in 2007.
Capital one produced a good CCA.

All of the enforceable accounts with the exception of Capital one and Halifax have now been sold, so i will pay off with the smallest amounts i can, and then hopefully put in full and final offers a couple of years down the road..

Fairfax = Drydens = Charging Orders.

Be careful - if you need any help, shout!

Last one back now...from Capital one........
All creditors have now accepted my revised payment offers.

One that i don't think i have mentioned before is my Nationwide overdraft...i have just sent a revised offer to them. will be interesting to see what i get back from them.
They shafted me over my credit card and i ended up wit a ccj and charging order....pre Niddy days of course....
Will update as i hear from them....

Well done Steve, hopefully they'll be fine about the overdraft too. It's not as if there's any contractual minimum payment with an OD...

Is it making life a bit easier?
