Letter today from Fairfax.....it says i have not made January payment....i have..but its gone to Sainsburys..as it always has done.....
They sent me this letter,but have not responded to my revised offer..which i sent beginning of the month.....

Now i will respond, asking for a new standing order mandate,with payment details.....


Now i still have not heard anything from Sainsbury's regarding my unfair charges refund.....
Any advice....
I will also enclose the telephone harassment template, because they ignored my polite request i sent on Monday recorded delivery..
