Re: Kilasuits Diary (debt free and life improvements)
This is truly out dated but summarised for my own benefit.
- December 2011 Not alot happened i worked and worked and worked thats about all
- January 2012 Work had usual January slowness which i semi survived through though this is where i should have gone to CAB debt wise
- Feb 2012 Same as January though started to keep a small diary of what things were happening at work (this is where things get interesting.)
- March 2012 a pretty average month mostly good but a few bad points throughout
- April 2012 Again an average month with more issues than good days tbh
- May 2012 Granddad passed away 10th funeral 18th got suspended from work 13th and dismissed 21st.
- June 2012 Slow month been getting used to being on dole which is more than depressing. Filed ET claim form on-line on 26th. Emailed CEO's of all my creditors and had response off most HBOS have zero'd my O/D and halted all payments on Hfax & Aqua CC for 6 months, Santander want I&E as do littlewoods and Sygma, no response off Yes-secure, Vanquis, QuickQuid, HSBC or Cap1
- July 2012 Small week away did us all good. JSA sanctioned but overturned Ha informed of intent to issue notice of repossession on 2 separate occasions. Pre ET hearing offers of 1k 2k and 2.5k from McDs franchisee, No chance be realistic. So looks like thats going all way to ET. Spoken to a fair few people on jobs front for few things. Made at least 15 apprenticeship applications and about 40 other job applications (minimum). Emailed local Paper and MP to gain support in all this as its been an arse of a few months.
August on weds and its going to be a challenging month.
My current to-do list is as follows
- Using above decide what i should do about £1000 settlement offer that was made to me from McDs franchisee. Going to ET now
- Sort out letters to all creditors (again) HSBC CAP1 Santander Littlewoods Vanquis Sygma Yes Secure & Quickquid
- sort out this JSA issue and send letter regarding this Sorted out
- Counter HA's actions and follow up the compliant i made follow this up 2moro
- jobsearch and follow ups Although continuing Progress has been made and possible job in IT @15k hopeful
- Doctors and speak to a decent doctor done last week
- CAB regards all above
- Dentist sorted out. Forms handed back this morning.
- Scan Payslips and organise into pdf
- Collect further Payslips and P60 and P45
- SAR employer requesting Warnings and also copies of discipline policy and grievance policy and worked hours all way back to March 2009 though i may not need to get this as pre ET i could request it to form my defence

Re: Kilasuits Diary (debt free and life improvements)
After a bit of a dilemma i changed my mind about a new job (just yet).
Realism has kicked in and i'm looking at £1000 pre tax (so £750 - £800 take home) each fortnight until xmas.
Will have micra sorted out next week
had to get new tyre on corsa 2day which has set me bak £50
Set up SO on payday to my 2nd account for bills which i had set up b4 but now have it set up again.
Going for a promotion at work and basically not taking no for an answer (or other bullS**t comments like i have heard in the past.)
all in all things are going ok.
next step get xmas out of way

Re: Kilasuits Diary (debt free and life improvements)
Brilliant! Nothing at all wrong with working long hours as long as you enjoy it. If you start finding it stressful, be sensible and note the warning signs!
Pleased for you mate!

Re: Kilasuits Diary (debt free and life improvements)
Its been a long while.
I never did get the job at my local college
and since getting the car i have been rather silly money wise
Working ass off as it stands to correct all the mess i have got into
hopefully will have a 2nd job as of next week but waiting to see how that goes.
my 1st car failed MOT so mother dearest has bought a 2nd which is annoying as had only just taxed 1st car and now just had to tax 2nd car. transfered insurance across to new car.
looking to start pulling at least £1000 each fortnight from work which equates to 108 hours a week. then hopefully i might be ok come my 22nd (april)
My Plan of Action (POA)
1. Get micra (car 1) fixed and through MOT
2. Sort out new job
3. Start saving properly and also SO's resetup as cancelled them all
4. sell the un-needed crap in the house
5. get rid of unsellable crap.
6. stop letting the missus spend my money or stop myself spending my money
7. fix budget and stick to it to the penny. no more buying junk when we have enough food in house anyway.
8. get organised again.
i will stick to this and deal with everything once i get paid next on the 10th november.

Re: Kilasuits Diary (debt free and life improvements)
And just yesterday got my 1st car and 1st years insurance paid for by my lovely mother.
so now to tackle education
and funnily enough a job has cropped up at my local college that would be ideal for me. and also allow me to do any other course free of charge too.
