    Thank you.

I am surviving - I've not been "well" for years and it seems I'm getting worse. When I had my blood pressure taken last week, the nurse told me to reduce my Lisinopril tablets from 10mg per day to 5mg per day and booked me an appointment for Friday.

Mind you, I rather suspect that the automatic blood pressure gizmo she used didn't read the blood pressure correctly.

        Re: £80million more to Marlin

Beggars belief i.e. That a CCA1974 agreement can include no fixed Interest rate (or a definitive max) hence for argument sake, a. a CCA1974 taken out at say 13.5%, within 2 years the Company increases % rate to 34.9%, after further 5 years they double that rate and the poor sod who took out the agreement has no option to but pay , only in later years the option to return card object but still pay a higher rate than the original, unlike a fixed loan agreement. eventually the % RATE may near payday loan rip off rates> Rant over>!

Seems Marlin and Mortimer are stirring again judging by other forums.

Interesting the thread about Baliffs and CCA's on here.

Seems Mortimer have threatened Marstons HCEO's onto one poor blighter.

Some real unsavoury characters coming to the surface of the pond.

Paragon after a £1billion bond. To help grow its BTL and Idem debt companies. Also wants to become a bank. Wonderful if this is going to be a new entrant after you read how they treat some people. Just when you thought banking had got as low as it could a debt collector decides to have ago.

Also Incasso gets sold to HL Legal. Hmmmm another marriage made in hell.
