Just an update, I have involved screwfix as we see it as their problem for not having disabled access to their property via their own land or rented land whatever it may be. There is no drop kerb to the ramp or anything. We are emailing back and forth at the moment so I am hoping it may turn out ok. Have received no more letters from you know who although time is ticking down. The recent courtcase was dumb as the guy although he kinda won had to pay more dam stupid judge.
