Unless the Fobbing Off Service decides that, as the defaults were removed, CrapQuest did nothing wrong.

They only got removed as they were 6+ years old......

However I have a report from 2 years ago showing them, thus they've held inaccurate data on me for over 2 years - and I have proof.

That said, look at HSBC

Niddy is reporting this to the FOS next week as they have now had 12 weeks to reply

No update as yet - however both defaults were removed from the credit file so that says it all - idiots !!!!!
