When you've successfully sued those jerks, will you seek to enforce the judgement by means of a Winding Up petition or by application of section 5 of the Debtors Act 1869?

CrapQuest reported me to the FOS (yea, you read that right - they have reported a consumer to the Financial Ombudsman)

Perhaps they think it'll cost you £500?
