Just an update! Received a pile of papers today that shows amounts due & amounts paid.
On the face of it it does look like it was unpaid. They say they can't copy court papers but they show amounts for liability orders so i guess they did get them so that's a sickener as i found out they can't get one after 6 yrs!
seems like we're going to have to make an arrangement to pay on this
I do know we paid bailiffs 3 times in 2007 so I'm going to ask what that was for as only 1 showing on these reports but got a feeling this was for a buy to let property that we hadn't told them was empty while we were doing it up so had to pay until tenant moved in. I'll check my docs some time this week but not rushing
