    Re: aaaargh

TK Maxx has an xmas display up next to the Halloween one. And Tesco have a quarter of an aisle up.

I guess it's just going to get worse from now...

My presents are bought, the hand-made personalised cards that I've ordered are in the post and the wrapping paper will be getting bought shortly...

'Tis the season to be jolly...except when it snows for 5months :/
And I've got my Promogran dressings ready for next winter's foot ulcer.

It is the season of the year in England when the rain is a little warmer and when the proles fly off to foreign climes to devour greasy food, whilst complaining incessantly about foreigners.

I probably should do my xmas shopping fairly soon since I'm going to be on holiday for four weeks from early December. I've only got two to buy though, and I can't get sister's until she tells me what she wants.
Then get her something she does not want and which she probably won't use but which she'd be too ashamed to give to a charity shop or the WI Bring and Buy sale. For example:

No, it's not a device for squeezing lemons.

Do you use it with a Mortar and Pestle? It's for use in the Kitchen right?

I believe I should decline to answer that question.

                      It should be obvious...
