Thanks all. As FP said I was in a DMP for several years and was not good at keeping records. Like a lot of people DN's etc just went into the bin .
I am thinking the only way to be sure is to SAR everyone who has not agreed that the debt is UE but that will prove expensive or I could do a CPUTR letter. However in the absence of other advice I will just let sleeping dogs lie
On a side note, FP, if you want more proof he is the monkey and not the organ grinder have a look at a thread entitled Arden Credit management in the DCA section.
