The MOJ (Ministry of Justice) has announced a consultation on their proposal to yet again substantially increase court fees. They are proposing to for example increase application fees from £155 to £255 making it very difficult for the average person to seek justice or defend themselves if a claim is issued against them by creditors.
It is important that people respond to the consultation to ensure the MOJ can't just railroad the increases through.
