Customers could not log on to the bank's mobile app and online systems, delaying payments and Christmas shopping for a period of several hours today
Barclays' mobile and online systems crashed today, locking customers out of their bank accounts and leaving them unable to make payments and transfers for several hours. It comes less than two weeks after the bank's mobile app suffered another glitch. Customers took to Twitter to complain, with those who phoned the bank to voice concerns or to carry out transactions also having trouble getting through.....Read more Here
