A Bristol-based letting agent has come under fire from angry locals after it sent out letters encouraging landlords in the area to put up rents. The Southville branch of CJ Hole, which has 19 offices in Bristol, Gloucestershire and Somerset, encouraged landlords to hike them because of the 'buoyant' market in the area.
