Following the recently applied legislation from Tribunals, Court and Enforcement Act 2007, Court Enforcement Services says its formation represents “a new generation of company which will be transparent, accountable and professional”. The company says it will operate in the area of High Court Enforcement and Civil Enforcement relating to commercial property and land, such as Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) and incorporate all the recently introduced new legislation into their business.
