Credit reference agency Experian has announced it is set to launch real-time data sharing which will provide credit providers with instant lending information on borrowers. According to Experian, its data will be live in the third quarter of this year, which means it will provide more frequent updates on short-term loans to creditors which are signed up to its Credit Account Information Scheme (CAIS).
