Debt recovery firm Ruthbridge confirmed it has made a small number of its manual trace staff redundant following a period of consultation. The company told Credit Today that four manual trace staff based at its office in Twickenham have been let go. Ruthbridge launched a new trace service, called Crosscheck, in 2013 which it said is designed to meet volume trace requirements within “stringent” budget constraints. In a statement, managing director Emmanuel Amissah said: “We have been delighted with the response to this service which has now replaced our manual trace service. “After careful consideration a small number of manual trace staff have been made redundant following a period of consultation.”.........Read more here
