Mobile phone bosses will be hauled before the regulator within days to be quizzed over claims that customer service – including the coverage provided by mobile signals – is getting worse. The move follows an investigation by Ofcom into the network coverage provided by the major phone companies after the regulator detected increasing signs of consumer dissatisfaction. A spokesman for the regulator said: ‘Ofcom is concerned to hear that consumers are experiencing problems with mobile phone service levels.
