BT’s collections head moves to Lowell
Lowell Group has poached BT’s head of group volume collections to head up Interlaken Group, the company it acquired in May 2013. Dominic Briggs has been appointed to head up a team of around 300 as managing director of Interlaken Group’s two contingent collections businesses, Fredrickson International and SRJ.
