Enforcement firm Rossendales has been awarded a contract to collect unpaid late licence penalties by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA). The business, which is owned by enforcement company Marston Holdings, will hold the DVLA contract until September 2015 with an option to extend for a further two years.
