Just one week after Lloyds TSB split into two separate banks, customers of the newly formed TSB are running into problems. On day one, the bank's computer system failed - and now one customer has been told she must pay a fee to keep her banking under one roof. Denise Connick, 53, must pay a balance transfer fee to move her Lloyds credit card to TSB. She first opened a Lloyds current account and credit card on the Strand in London 30 years ago. But after she stopped working to raise a family she opened a second account closer to her home in Cockfosters, north London.
