Households are being urged to fight the scourge of nuisance calls by using a new online tool to complain. The tool from consumer group Which? allows households blighted by cold calls about PPI, double glazing or accident claims a way to register their frustration, which the government says will help regulators to take action. The launch comes as a survey from the watchdog found that while 85 per cent of householders have received a nuisance call on their landline within the last month, only 17 per cent have made an official complaint......Read more here
