Marston is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a national contract by the Department for Work and Pensions to enforce arrest warrants on behalf of the Child Support Agency (CSA). Marston had previously completed a successful trial carrying out arrest warrants in England and Wales, which demonstrated the ability to provide national coverage of effective and sensitive enforcement. Mark Cowley, Director of Custody Services & Special Operations, will be managing the contract for Marston. He commented that:

”This sometimes difficult work is vitally important as it serves as a last resort for the CSA. All arrests are therefore carried out professionally, courteously and with sensitivity in order to bring non-resident parents to court.”
