Individual and bigtime City investors are reportedly joining forces to sue Royal Bank of Scotland and its former top bosses over an allegedly 'misleading' £12billion rights issue in the midst of the financial crisis. The RBoS Shareholders Action Group, supported by some 9,000 private investors and 91 institutions, is raising funds to mount a £3.3billion lawsuit, according to The Times.
