Individual and bigtime City investors are reportedly joining forces to sue Royal Bank of Scotland and its former top bosses over an allegedly 'misleading' £12billion rights issue in the midst of the financial crisis. The RBoS Shareholders Action Group, supported by some 9,000 private investors and 91 institutions, is raising funds to mount a £3.3billion lawsuit, according to The Times. The group plans to launch proceedings against RBS and its former chief executive Fred Goodwin, as well as former chairman Tom McKillop and former investment bank chief Johnny Cameron, its report says.....Read more here: RBS faces £3.3bn lawsuit over 2008 rights issue - report
