Guidance issued by website moneysavingexpert.com has been heavily criticised by the credit industry. The authors of Guide to Mental Health & Debt 2012 have been accused of “playing to the gallery” and “being out of touch with the modern debt collection industry” by the Credit Services Association (CSA).
