A woman has claimed a huge amount of money back for PPI mis-selling in one of the biggest claims to date - won back herself with a free guide and not using a claims firm. 'Mary', who chose not to reveal her real identity as her family had no knowledge of her financial situation, featured on the BBC’s Moneybox programme this weekend and told how she successfully claimed back £50,000 from several credit card companies.
