Credit insurers must aim to provide more valuable services to customers if the industry is to sustain itself, according to the head of an independent broker. Jean Louis Coppers, chief executive of CriON, said the industry needed to deliver more tangible value to clients through information, effective communication and transparency if it is to increase market penetration.
