Banks' bold promises to improve their image and customer service are failing to be delivered on, with one in ten customers unhappier than they were a year ago. With reporting and bonus season both in full swing, research has indicated that 5.6million bank customers – or 11 per cent of the adult population – are getting even more dissatisfied with their bank.
