Drydens Lawyers and Fairfax Solicitors are merging in a move which could create the UK’s largest debt recovery law firm. Philip Holden, executive chairman of Drydens, will be chief executive of the new entity while Peter Wordsworth, chief executive of Fairfax, will become director of client management and business development for all Drydens and Fairfax clients.
