Payday Express held its first graduate recruitment day this week aimed at hiring young analytical staff. The firm said it has identified analytics as a key area for payday loan lenders in 2012. Graduates took part in the company’s first recruitment day with 15 university leavers invited to take part in an assessment including a group task, presentation, interview and case study discussion.
